I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Sports Nutrition Specialist, and have a Clinical Certification in Stress & Anxiety Regulation. I’m also a former Personal Trainer, a 90-lb weight-loss success story, and a bodybuilder getting ready to hit the stage again next year! 💪🔥
