He loved me, but hated himself more.

And sometimes, that’s the hardest thing to accept.

Because someone can love you and still destroy the very peace they say they want with you.

They can light the match, create the chaos, and then point at the flames like someone else started the fire.

Not because you weren’t enough.
Not because you didn’t love them enough.
But because you cannot love someone into making peace with themselves.

And for the woman living through that right now:

Stop trying to prove you’re worth treating well.
Stop taking responsibility for fires you didn’t start.
Stop confusing someone’s love for you with their capacity to love you well.

And if you see yourself in the other side of this

Pay attention to the fires you create when you’re hurting.

You don’t get to keep asking for peace while sabotaging it the moment it arrives.

Heal the part of you that keeps reaching for destruction when what you really want is love.

Because peace isn’t something you find.

It’s something you learn not to destroy. đŸ–€

A woman can spend her whole life avoiding the sting

or she can get a little brave, take the risk, and taste the honey. 🍯

Personally?
I like my life sweet with a little bit of danger. 😉

I used to think the right path would come with certainty.

Turns out, it came with peace.

No chasing.
No convincing.
No forcing what doesn’t flow.

Just a quiet knowing that says,
“Keep going. You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.”

The right path doesn’t always come with a map.

Sometimes it looks like taking the road nobody understands, trusting your gut when nobody else sees it, and having enough confidence to keep climbing anyway.

What was the sign that you knew you were finally on the right path? đŸ‘‡đŸŒ

Passionate women don’t fit into ordinary lives. đŸ”„

We don’t crave average love, surface-level friendships, or predictable stories. We crave depth. Fire. Devotion. Expansion.

We aren’t here to simply “settle down.”
We’re here to rise up.

To build epic love stories, soul-deep friendships, chosen family, wild adventures, and a lifestyle that feels like magic. đŸȘ„

And if it feels intense, it’s because it is.

Your passionate heart isn’t dramatic. It’s directional.

It knows you’re meant for more.💕

To experience more.
To create more.
To become more.đŸ’«

Energy moves and shifts even when we cannot see it, and there will be days when you feel like you are not making any progress at all. Trust the gentle unfolding of your journey; your spirit is integrating the healing exactly as it needs to right now.

Where in your body or mind are you choosing to invite ease and patience today?

Standing under last night’s full moon reminded me of something

The brightest light doesn’t create your truth.
It reveals it.

What happens to someone’s mind when they spend years questioning their own reality?

The last three years of my life feel like a blur.

Not because I wasn’t strong

but because confusion is exhausting.

When you’re constantly trying to figure out what’s true, defending your intentions, accepting apologies, hoping this time will be different, your brain isn’t focused on thriving.

It’s focused on surviving.

And that’s something I wish more people understood.

The women who stay aren’t weak.

More often than not, they’re incredibly loyal.
They’re hopeful.
They’re empathetic.
They believe people can grow.
They fight for the people they love.

Those are beautiful qualities.

The lesson isn’t to lose those parts of yourself.

The lesson is to become so deeply rooted in who you are that your compassion never costs you your clarity.

Think of a candle.

If someone keeps blowing out your flame, then relighting it just enough to keep you there, eventually you start believing they hold the only match.

They don’t.

Your light was never theirs to control.

The moon doesn’t create its own light.. it reflects what’s already there.

Healing has felt a lot like that for me.

I didn’t need someone else to give me my light back.
I just needed enough distance from the darkness to remember it had been within me all along.

Protect your intuition.
Protect your peace.
And never let anyone convince you that your inner voice deserves less trust than their excuses.

The strongest flame isn’t the one that’s never tested.

It’s the one that remembers it was fire all along.

Reciprocity isn’t rare
 it’s just expensive.
Not everyone can afford it.

For a long time, I thought loving harder would inspire someone else to do the same.

It doesn’t.

I’ve learned that love isn’t about convincing someone to show up.. it’s about recognizing who already does.

Reciprocity isn’t asking for too much.
It’s the foundation of healthy relationships.

Protect your energy.
Choose people who choose you.

Do you think reciprocity is becoming rare, or are we just getting better at noticing when it’s missing?

Sometimes the best therapy isn’t talking
 it’s dancing. đŸ’ƒđŸœ

I’ve always loved to freestyle. Moving to the music has always felt natural to me. đŸŽ¶

When I started learning Brazilian Zouk, though, it was a completely different experience. My body wanted to move one way, but I had to slow down, learn the technique, be present, and trust the process. At times, it was frustrating but that’s where the growth happened.

Somewhere along the way, Zouk became so much more than a dance.

It taught me that trust isn’t something you force. It’s something that’s built. It taught me balance, connection, communication, and how to stay grounded while remaining open. Those lessons didn’t stay on the dance floor. They’ve followed me into every part of my life.

Through one of the most transformative seasons I’ve ever experienced, dance has been my reset. A place to release, to laugh, to be present, and to remember what freedom feels like. Every time I step onto the dance floor, I leave a little lighter, a little stronger, and a little more grateful.

To my Zouk family
THANK YOUđŸ™đŸœ. Thank you for every dance, every laugh, every hug, and for creating a community where people can simply show up as themselves. Your kindness and support have meant more than you’ll ever know.

Healing doesn’t always happen sitting still. Sometimes it happens through movement. Through music. Through community. And sometimes, the strongest thing you can do is trust yourself enough to keep dancing.

Have you ever found healing in a place you neve expected? đŸ’«
