Helping beauty & wellness pros sell out services + courses using simple digital marketing.

For most of my career, people have known me for lashes, brows, and building beauty businesses.
But there’s another side of my story.
I’ve been an esthetician for 25 years, and over the years I’ve personally navigated eczema, sensitive skin, inflammation, changing skin in midlife, and the frustration of trying products that didn’t always help.
For years, that journey has led me down a path of learning about skin barrier health, ingredients, nutrition, inflammation, and the daily habits that help support healthy skin from the inside out.
More recently, it’s sparked a deeper passion for advanced facial sculpting massage techniques, Korean skincare philosophies, and the slow-aging rituals that help skin look and feel its healthiest at every stage of life.
This page is where I’ll be sharing more of that.
Not perfect skin.
Not unrealistic expectations.
Just real conversations about aging skin, healthy habits, facial massage, Korean skincare, skin barrier health, eczema-friendly tips, and life as a woman in her late 40s.
If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by skincare advice, frustrated with your skin, or simply want to learn how to better support your skin as it changes with age, you’re in the right place.
I’m so glad you’re here. 💛
Follow along if healthy skin, aging well, Korean skincare, facial massage, and real life in midlife are topics you’d love to learn more about.
I built my first beauty business in a time when Instagram wasn’t part of the plan.
Clients came from referrals, word of mouth, and being known locally. That worked… but it wasn’t enough if I wanted to grow a team. Busy seasons felt great. Slow weeks felt personal.
Instagram didn’t create that unpredictability, and it’s not the fix either. It’s just one place people can see you and your business.
If you’re brick and mortar and serving local clients, it should never be the only thing that you’re using to get your books full.
What actually changed everything for me wasn’t better content or chasing platforms. It was building systems that didn’t rely on one source of visibility. Systems that made bookings feel steady instead of random.
And here’s the part no one talks about enough.
Being great at your craft is not the same as building a long-term salon. Renting out rooms or chairs and leading a team require different skills, decisions, and systems.
If you’re established, talented, and still feel like your bookings depend too much on Instagram or referrals, comment ULTIMATE and I’ll send you my free guide.
It shows you how to get more strategic with visibility and turn attention into booked appointments, without burning out or posting nonstop.
I’m not a content creator.
I don’t have a massive following with crazy engagement BUT my 3 salons and teams are booked.
And I don’t rely on viral posts to grow my salons.
Visibility comes from more than Instagram.
We build it through referrals, local presence, partnerships, email marketing, Google, organic traffic, paid ads, systems, and yes, IG.
Instagram is one piece, not the whole business.
Here’s where beauty pros get stuck, and I used to be one of them.
I had a team. I had employees depending on me, and I still do.
Staying stuck wasn’t and still is not an option….so I learned sales and marketing systems that didn’t rely on me being behind the chair or glued to my phone.
I haven’t been behind the chair in a long time. My salons now run without me because of the systems we have in place and the team we’ve built.
Likes don’t book appointments.
Comments don’t fill chairs.
Most ideal clients are watching quietly, and when they’re ready, they DM.
If nothing is set up on the back end, visibility turns into noise.
If you want your Instagram to actually turn into booked clients without living on your phone, DM me GUIDE and I’ll show you where to start.
If your bookings feel inconsistent, it doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong.
Many beauty pros already have access to a powerful growth opportunity, they’re just not using it in a way that actually brings in new leads and bookings!
I’m hosting a free 30-minute class where I’ll break down one simple, overlooked shift that helps you attract new leads, grow your email list, and increase bookings, without lowering your prices or burning yourself out.
