Last night’s flash flood in Stonewall left a lot of people facing losses far greater than mine. My parents’ basement flooded, and with it went a large portion of my Naked Earth Botanicals inventory.

It’s disappointing to see months of work damaged, but today my heart is with the families who are dealing with flooded homes, damaged belongings, and the uncertainty that comes after something like this.

What has stood out most is seeing neighbors, friends, family, and complete strangers show up for one another. The generosity, kindness, and willingness to help reminds me what community really means.

To everyone affected, I’m thinking of you. And to everyone lending a hand, delivering supplies, running pumps, checking on neighbors, and offering support—thank you. In difficult times, it’s the people around us who make all the difference.
