Hey folks! I’m so excited to be teaching prenatal yoga again this fall! This 4-week series will run from September 8th - 29th, Sundays 10:15 - 11:00 am. Join me for a nourishing practice that will allow you to build strength and flexibility, relieve stress, foster community, and prepare for your birthing experience.

Cost: $75 for YKRC members, $95 for non-members.
