✨ What is Light Touch Therapy?
I've had a lot of people asking what Light Touch Therapy is, so I thought I'd explain it a little better!
Light Touch Therapy uses slow, gentle, soothing touch to help calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation. While the pressure is very light, many clients are surprised by just how deeply relaxing it feels. It's a wonderful treatment for helping reduce stress, quiet a busy mind, improve sleep, and simply give yourself permission to slow down.
With the cool rainy weather, evening appointments are especially cozy. Settle into a heated massage table, relax with warm towels, and let yourself completely unwind after a long day. It's the perfect way to end your evening feeling calm, warm, and refreshed.
I offer combo massage/light touch therapy treatments as well. 🌾
