Adopting portion control can be very challenging especially if you are a heavy eater.
Cutting down on the usual quantity of food you used to consume to smaller portions will definitely be difficult from the beginning but your system will adapt within 2 weeks.
When you train your system by eating smaller portions for about 2 weeks, during the 3rd week, try going back to consuming your usual large portion and see if you will be able to finish it. You won’t because your system has already adapted.
Our systems have the ability to adapt so easily. Doing portion control has a lot of benefits, in helps in weight control, ensures your body gets just the right amount of food needed, prevents overeating, food waste and constipation.
There are a lot of people who really want to cut down on their food consumption but don’t know how to go about it. Try this and thank me later

This is what my breakfast looked like yesterday.
Avocado,boiled egg,boiled carrot, cucumber, tomato onion, la pinch of salt and some mayonnaise. It’s very delicious and healthy.
You can definitely enjoy your meals while sticking to a healthy diet.

Has anyone else noticed that 80% of advertisements for kids' food encourages children to eat junk or unhealthy foods?
You hardly fine TV adverts promoting or advocating for kids to eat healthy snacks. The snacks they promote are either too sweet or too spicy.
If you are a parent who feeds your kids with what you see on TV or what is popular, then you are responsible for your kids poor eating habits.
Children learn from their guardians and tend to adopt the habits they're taught from a young age. By feeding them healthy foods and snacks early on, you can help them develop good eating habits that will last a lifetime.
Let’s instill healthy eating habits in our kids by providing them with healthy school snacks. Do not be responsible for your kids’ health conditions.
