Cleaning nose pad area is easy to do with this machine just add a drop or two of dawn dish soap.

I have watch band, they are hard to get clean but this worked as touted!

The machine is not too big, so I can easily put it away under my sink when I am not using. I will use this periodically to clean my watch band!
