…..Jesus, we wait on you. All authority in heaven and on earth belongs to you. You know all things, you see all things and you hold all things that pertain us in your hands. We wait on you ❤️

Waiting, one of the most challenging seasons we could be in.

There’s a type of waiting that God would have us do and that’s ACTIVE WAITING, not Passive Waiting.

It’s not that we’re left in despair till we see God tend to us again, waiting

The Hebrew word is Qavah
It means to entwine, to coil, to weave or twist. When in Active Waiting, were meant to entwine ourselves around the promises of God, actively coil and twist ourselves in what God promised for us. We’re supposed to weave ourselves into his plans and promises and be actively doing that.

Waiting is not praying and then sitting and watching to see what happens or how things are meant to fall into place. It’s actively entwining ourselves into God’s everlasting Promises. Just like a rope, threaded and twisted together.

We will take time to learn in a little more! To Rest and Replenish ourselves under the presence of the Lord……Slowing down to Rest in his word , and lingering in worship.

Pause, Ponder & Praise

Don’t rush! As we do life, we need to slow down and take a sacred pause - to allow ourselves space and moments to hear God’s sweet gentle voice. God wants to have fellowship with you!

To Pause is to calm down and be present with mindfulness. And be awakened to your thoughts, your feelings and your surroundings.
