76 y/o pt, reported his Dentist is on vacation, and requesting re- cement his bridge. Patient also reported, it’s the third time it’s happened. Last time, was 6 months ago 🤦🏻‍♀️😩

Gingival Abscess #27 area: Before & After ( immediately, 24 hs and 9 days folllow up)
Hx: Patient came to us, w/ abscess on #27 area (after extraction 5 days ago, in another City). Pt. also reported is taking ATB (Amoxicillin 500mg)
Tx: Incision, curettage and removal of any remaining infected tissue. PTD (photodynamic) with Methylene Blue 0.01% & Red Light Diode Laser Low Level. Absorbable suture. PBM (photobiomodulation) w/ Diode Laser.
