Over the last 2 weeks we have had Iliana on work experience shadowing me in the salon, and what an absolute pleasure it has been ❤️

She’s experienced the reality of the beauty industry first-hand and quickly learnt that although this job can look glamorous from the outside, behind the scenes it’s often inhaling food between clients, running to schedules, moving from one wedding to the next, and making sure every client leaves feeling their best.

But alongside the busy days, she’s also witnessed something I value most — the relationships built with my clients. The trust, the chats, the laughs, and being part of people’s special moments.

I’m so happy that after seeing both the beautiful and hectic sides of the industry, it has only strengthened her desire to pursue this career in the future.
