🔥 We installed this beautiful XL barrel sauna in Peyia which is 2.40 m long. The unit complements the salt-water pool and fitness basement of this villa to allow full recovery after each session. As with all of our sauna units it is finished in high-quality heat treated Ayous wood, which gives it a unique and great finish which is the best in market you can get and ideal for Cyprus' warm and dry climate. Our XL barrel sauna is our best running model and has no outside front seats so that a maximum bench length of 2️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ cm can be reached.

This unit had various options installed like a design roof,  a RGB LED-package for some chromotherapy to suit any mood you are in and we oil sprayed the unit on the outside during the build-up.

As with all our sauna units it is finished in heat treated Ayous 🪵, which is a unique wood from mid-Africa. Isn’t it a beauty?

🧊 Do you want to do regular cryotherapy? Then take a dip in your own cold plunge or cold tub daily in the comfort of your own home.

If you are a complete beginner to this then you can develop your tolerance by taking a quick dip for 3️⃣0️⃣ seconds and regular cold showers so that you can eventually stay in for 3️⃣ minutes.

More experienced plunges will be able to take dips for 5️⃣ to 1️⃣0️⃣ minutes at a time.

How long can you stay in the cold water?

🔥 For optimal sauna use we do have some tips:
- Take a shower first so that the sauna stays clean
- Sit on a towel as it absorbs sweat and protects the wood of your benches
- Choose light, breathable and heat-safe fabrics for comfort and hygiene purposes
- Rinse between rounds as it resets your body.

In 2025 there were about 5,000 visitors so we expect it this year to be well-visited again! Entrance is free.

🪵 We installed another XL barrel sauna from Ayous wood in Paphos. This wood is the best in the market and ideal for Cyprus' warm and dry climate.

Our XL model has benches that are 2️⃣2️⃣3️⃣ cm long and can easily fit 2 to 6 persons. This project was one of our top-of-the-line series as it was fitted with a design roof, RGB LED-package and we oil sprayed it.
