Do hair extensions call hair loss? As a skin therapist who has worn hair extensions at least three years in a row, here is my take.
I am not a hair extension install specialist. I use science and understanding how hair grows and what causes hair loss.
However, when I choose the specialist to install my hair extensions, I want them to be obsessed and know them inside out and also show me their clients hair when they remove the extensions.
( of course the condition of your hair matters, how you take care of it, etc.)
Just like I’m obsessed with finding the best protocols for Melasma and acne and aging skin, the same goes for the choices that I do for myself for my hair and skin.
My second favorite were the nano rings, but my hair is not long enough for that amount of hair I want to cover my lob, I sweat a lot and the little metal attachments irritate my scalp. But otherwise I really love them and they were so quick to install! And the hair never got shorter.
