With a background in Psychology and Pedagogy, years of experience working with both adults and children, and advanced education in manual therapies, I combine scientific understanding of human behavior with hands-on therapeutic techniques.

I believe the body and mind are deeply connected. Many physical tensions and patterns can be influenced by emotional experiences, stress, and the nervous system. My approach focuses on treating the whole person rather than only addressing symptoms.

My journey began in Kerala, India—the cradle of Ayurveda—where I earned a diploma in Ayurveda and Panchakarma therapy, Ayurveda Cosmetology and Ayurveda Pregnancy and Baby care. I worked alongside expert Doctors in Ayurvedic clinic and hospital settings. There, I consulted and treated patients with diverse health challenges, witnessing the profound power of this ancient science.

Today, I offer authentic Ayurvedic products to nurture both mind and body, while also providing Ayurvedic services combined with Reiki. My approach is holistic, personal, and rooted in real results.
