Bom dia meninas!! Que bom é começar o dia com Pancakes de proteína?
Ingredientes:
75 g de aveia
1 medida (scoop) de proteina Whey Prime Prozis sabor natural
2 claras de ovo
80 ml de leite
Meia colher de sopa de cacau em pó
1 colher de sopa de coco ralado
1 pitada de fermento
Óleo de coco
Preparação:
Colocar a aveia no processador até que fique tipo farinha.
Juntar todos os outros ingredientes e misturar até obter a consistência desejada.
Aquecer um pouco de óleo de coco numa frigideira pequena.
Verter a massa, deixar até que esteja dourada de um lado, e virar.
