The increasing number of no shows is causing significant problems.
I now complain about up to 6 no-shows a day.
which is not fair to me or other customers.
I always try to be fair and make almost everything possible.
However, I ask hereby once again kindly please!!!! Cancel your appointments if you can’t make it.

Dear customers, i was on the mend, since Friday I've been feeling worse again.
my hope was that I feel fit enough to start again tomorrow.
But unfortunately that is not the case and it would make no sense to come back to work tomorrow.
Once again I hope for your unterstanding and I can only apologize for all the inconvenience.
