Help me congratulate my younger brother Addison James who continues to out do himself over and over again.
He has secured another Gold in Penn relays making it his second gold back to back!!
He just finished up his last year in Carifta earlier in April securing a Gold for Dominica and now continues to dominate in his field!
He is now the holder of the third farthest throw in the events history!
Addison has came s long way and is keeping his head and Goals high!
From helping me to deliver and pack products to making a name for himself. I'm proud to be called his older sister and wish him nothing but the best!

A little update for the year 2026
Here are a few factors that made me restart my journey:
•lack of iron
•lack of sleep
•diary products especially chocolate
•hormone imbalance
No matter how much magic my products worked on the outside the work on the inside wasn’t getting done. Thankfully I know the cause now and I’m working on it together with staying consistent with my skincare routine!

2025 is another year I'll never forget.
Last year was so hard both mentally and physically, but I overcame every single hindrance.
From taking a huge loss in this business to losing my aunt to domestic violence, I was so drained 😪.
2025 brought me even closer to God and made me realize how strong I actually am and how much I help people by being my actual best!
Thank you to my customers. You guys are the best, and I will continue to be the best business owner I can be. To not only give you physical solutions but also help you mentally.
This year is all about embracing our insecurities, loving ourselves and our family.
