This is how our heart works. The blue colour indicate deoxygenated blood coming from the parts of the body into the heart and heart pumps it into the lungs to get oxygen.
The red colour indicate oxygenated blood coming from the lungs after oxygenation. It enters the heart and heart pumps it out again to the body parts.
If oxygen in the blood gets finished, the blood again comes back to the heart and the cycle continues.
This is physiology of the heart.

Since Ebola cases are confirmed in DRC (Congo) and Uganda, the South Sudan Ministry of Health should strengthen the border screening efforts to reduce the spread of the virus and the life threatening disease this virus causes.
Our government shouldn't wait to confirm a case in juba. We should act now by making sure we establish care facilities for suspected Ebola cases.
The region that is most affected in Congo is bordering Uganda and South Sudan. As per report of May 20, there are 139 deaths and 600 confirmed cases.
The strain responsible for this outbreak has no vacine and no permanent cure. Our government should take preventive measures now before it's too late. Everyone travelling from Uganda should be screened before entering the Country.

In healthy adults, screening for type 2 diabetes is recommended starting at the age of 35 years. If the results remain normal, screening should be repeated every 3 years.
Do not wait for symptoms before checking for diabetes. Diabetes may remain silent for years and often shows no specific symptoms in the early stages.
Your life is your primary responsibility and if you want to live longer always do medical check up even if you have no symptoms.

Advice to women:
After using the toilet, always clean from front to back, not from back to front. This helps prevent bacteria from spreading to the urinary tract and can reduce the risk of urinary tract infections. E. coli, the most common bacteria that causes urinary tract infections (UTIs), normally lives in the intestines without causing harm. However, if it enters the urinary tract, it can lead to infection.
Always be mindful to clean from front to back.
