The reality nobody likes to talk about on social media: some days are just hard.
Today was one of them. Tired, bad sleep from working across time zones, one too many coffees (love the Vietnamese coffee but way too strong keeping me up at night), body aches flaring up, and you know how it goes. When it rains it pours, and suddenly I was listing every single thing that’s wrong.
Then on my walk to the grocery store, I came across this building with flowers filling up the sidewalk in piles!
My first instinct was to immediately pick them up and throw them in the air.
That one spontaneous, childlike moment snapped me right out of it. Reminded me of the joy of just being alive, of finding beauty in a random pile of flowers on the pavement.
It didn’t fix everything but it sure shifted me out of the funk I was in!

Excited and still tired after our final weekend of Reiki Level 1 & 2 training online! ✨
I love, love, looooovvveeee seeing the transformation in the trainees over such a short period of time. The surprise and shock on their faces when they experience energy during their very first online Reiki session is something I will never get tired of witnessing.
And the volunteers who generously come to receive Reiki from students, feeling the energy from miles away, their surprise is just as beautiful. 🙏

The Retreat in Egypt last year was magical ✨ People from different walks of life met there for the first time and each one had a different experience. Some had profound insights and healing, others experienced energy in their body for the first time, but everyone was swept away by the power of sitting privately inside the Great Pyramid at night. That was incredible! 🔺
One of my favourite parts from the retreat was a tender and loving healing moment 🤍 A guest who had come to experience the magic of Egypt suddenly found themselves facing a childhood trauma that was still stored in their body. It came up to the surface unexpectedly and was bringing up a lot of sadness and tears. I knew that person needed to be held and loved in that moment, and no words were really needed. So I laid down next to them in the beautiful temple shala room, made us comfortable on the yoga mats and held their hand while staring at the pyramid, allowing the tears to flow and release. It was a magical moment. I was just there, laying down, feeling the shared love and not needing to say a word while staring at that mystical pyramid right in front of us 🙏
This is the type of experience you can expect on these retreats. Beautiful, strong, powerful releases that help wake up and shift something deep inside of you on an energetic, emotional and physical level. Showing you that what you need, all the answers, are already inside of you 💫

✨WHAT ARE THE PROS AND CONS OF LEARNING REIKI ONLINE?
This is a question I get asked a lot so I thought I’d create this reel to share my thoughts with you.
Truth is, I had the same resistance when it came to teaching Reiki online. I had Reiki Clients in Japan, the US and Italy who really wanted to train with me. I suggested they find someone local but they insisted they wanted to train with me because of the connection we’d already shared.
When I raised my concerns with my own Reiki Master she laughed and said — “If Reiki sessions work online, why wouldn’t trainings and attunements?”
She had a point. Since then I’ve been running both online and in-person trainings and I’m honestly seeing beautiful results with both.
