A enjoyable quiet morning on the balcony while everyone else was sleeping.
A soak of my feet in warm water followed by
π¦Ά self foot massage with FOOT SMOOTH exfoliating both my π and π£, leaving them feeling smooth, refreshed and revitalised.
π¦Ά all finished with REPAIRING FOOT REMEDY
π§ then my 20 minute stomach and hip mobility exercises. Got to keep the mechanics of my 4 year old hip working π
