After starting a little later this morning at 7:15 for breakfast, we were streaming down into Ovie's place and you're just catching him there having the final stretch down before they go rocking over to spinning

Plan for bad days before they happen.

Because they will happen.

Work gets busy.
Sleep is poor.
Family stuff kicks off.
Travel interrupts the week.
Motivation disappears like it owes you money.

That is why you need a minimum plan.

A short walk.
Protein at each meal.
A basic home workout.
A simple food choice.
No full-day meltdown because one thing went wrong.

The people who succeed are not perfect.

They just have a plan for when life gets messy.

Make your training boring enough to work.

You do not need a brand-new workout every week.

You need to repeat the basics long enough to improve.

Squat pattern.
Hinge pattern.
Push.
Pull.
Core.
Carry.
Walk.

Then slowly get better.

More reps, more control, slightly more weight, better movement, better recovery.

Constantly changing your plan feels exciting, but it makes progress harder to measure.

Boring training works because your body actually gets time to adapt.

Flashy chaos looks fun.

Results usually come from repetition.

Rude, but true.

Stop eating randomly and expecting consistent results.

If every day is guesswork, your results will probably be guesswork too.

Fat loss gets easier when your meals have structure.

You do not need perfection.

You need a rough plan.

Meal times.
Protein.
Portions.
A few go-to meals.
Less picking.
Less “I’ll just grab something.”

Random eating usually leads to random calories.

And random calories usually lead to the classic fitness mystery of “I’m doing everything right” while absolutely not doing everything right.
