I help you achieve your dreams of becoming a Mother. I boost your fertility naturally and effectively

20/07/2026

Women are being told to fear an AMH number as if it has the final word on whether they become mothers.

It does not.

AMH is useful information about ovarian reserve.

It is not a measure of egg quality.
It is not a measure of your ability to conceive naturally.
And it is not your destiny.

You are not a lab result.

DM me AMH with your age and result, and I’ll tell you what I would look at next.

Can I say something that might make some people uncomfortable?

If your last IVF cycle didn’t work…

why would you want to do the exact same thing again?

I’m not talking about changing clinics or medications.

I’m talking about changing you.

Because your eggs are developing inside your body.

Your hormones are working inside your body.

Your embryo is trying to implant inside your body.

If nothing about your biology has changed…

why are we expecting a different result?

This is why I get frustrated when women are told, “Let’s just do another round.”

Maybe another round is exactly the right decision.

But not without asking what can actually be improved first.

That’s the work I love.

Not convincing women to avoid IVF.

Helping them go into it with the healthiest body possible.

Because if you’re going to invest your heart, your time, and your money into another cycle…

I want you to know you’ve done everything you could to give it the best chance.

DM IVF if you’re wondering what I would focus on before another round.

Your body is always asking one question:

Am I safe enough to prioritize reproduction?

That answer isn’t determined by willpower.
It’s influenced by your nervous system.

When you’re stuck in chronic fight or flight, your body shifts resources toward survival before reproduction. That can influence sleep, inflammation, blood sugar regulation, hormone balance, and recovery.

This doesn’t mean stress is the sole cause of infertility.
It means your nervous system is one important piece of the fertility puzzle that deserves attention.

That’s why inside The Fertility Solution, we don’t just focus on eggs or hormones.

We coach the biology that creates fertility.

Because a body that feels safe functions differently than one that’s constantly bracing for the next threat.

💛 Save this for the days you need the reminder.

A few days ago, I challenged my fertility community to do 10 minutes of vigorous movement every day.

Then… I ended up in bed with a high fever from a UTI.

Life has a sense of humor sometimes.

But here’s what I reminded myself, and what I remind my clients all the time:

The goal is never to force your body.
The goal is to support it.

Sometimes supporting your body looks like getting breathless for 10 minutes.

Sometimes it looks like cancelling everything, staying in bed, drinking fluids, taking your medication, and letting your immune system do what it was beautifully designed to do.

The healthiest people I know aren’t the ones who push through no matter what.

They’re the ones who ask:

“What does my body need today, right here, right now?”

And then they have the courage to listen.

There are seasons for building.
Seasons for healing.
Seasons for pushing.
And seasons for profound rest.

As women, we often tie our worth to productivity.

We feel guilty when we slow down.
Like we’re not doing enough.

But healing requires energy.

Whether you’re trying to conceive, recovering from illness, navigating heartbreak, or simply exhausted…

Giving your body what it genuinely needs is never falling behind.

Sometimes, rest is the most productive thing you can do.

So if you’re following our summer movement challenge, here’s your reminder:

Show up for your body.
Not your guilt.
Your body. ❤️

“I had already lost all hope.”

After 2 years of trying to conceive, a failed IVF cycle, a pituitary tumor diagnosis, and being told her chances were limited, Idalia came to The Fertility Solution feeling like she had nothing left to lose.

But something about this approach felt different.

She felt called to work on herself from the inside out. To understand her body differently. To be guided, supported, and reminded that she was not alone as a woman navigating fertility.

Today, Idalia is pregnant naturally. 🤍

Her story is her own, and no fertility journey comes with guarantees. But it is also a powerful reminder that a difficult diagnosis or failed treatment does not always get to write the final chapter.

This is why I do this work.

Not simply to coach fertility, but to coach the biology, the emotions, and the whole woman behind it.

If you feel like you have lost hope and need a different approach, DM me **HOPE**. Let’s talk about what may still be possible for you.

Sometimes the hardest part of the fertility journey isn’t knowing what to do.

It’s noticing the stories fear quietly tells us.

Our brains are designed to protect us. Once we make a decision, we naturally start looking for evidence that it was the right one. It’s how we reduce uncertainty and emotional discomfort.

I see this every day.

“I’ll wait a little longer.”
“I can figure this out on my own.”
“Maybe now just isn’t the time.”

Those thoughts don’t make you weak.
They make you human.

But sometimes, the very thing that’s meant to keep us emotionally safe also keeps us stuck.

What if, instead of asking,
“What’s the safest decision?”
you asked,
“What’s the most aligned decision for the family I dream of?”

That question has changed the trajectory of so many women I’ve worked with.

If this resonates, take it as an invitation to get curious, not to judge yourself.

DM me AWARE if you’d like to explore what that next aligned step could look like for you. 🤍

Fertility is not happening in isolation.

Insulin resistance can affect inflammation, hormone signaling, ovulation, egg quality, and cellular energy long before diabetes is diagnosed.

This is why I never look only at the ovaries.

I look at the whole body.

And the hopeful part is that metabolic health is often highly improvable.

DM me METABOLIC and I’ll share what I would focus on first in your case.

One of the biggest things I see after 15+ years working in fertility is this:

Women stop trusting their bodies.

After months or years of negative tests, failed treatments, scary statistics and heartbreaking appointments, many begin to believe their body is broken.

But what if your body isn’t working against you?

What if it’s responding exactly as it was designed to?

Fertility is about so much more than hormones. Your nervous system, inflammation, metabolism, nutrition, sleep and emotional wellbeing all influence whether your body feels safe enough to prioritize reproduction.

That’s why my work isn’t just about optimizing fertility physically. It’s also about helping women rebuild trust in their bodies so they can move out of survival mode and into a state that supports conception.

You are so much more than a diagnosis ❤️

Your brain looks for evidence of the story you keep repeating

In fertility, fear can make you notice every setback while overlooking progress, possibility, and hope

This is not toxic positivity
It is awareness

Fear is loud, but it is not always accurate

DM me FOCUS if this resonated 💛

Trying to get pregnant can become so emotionally exhausting when every appointment gives you another label, another number, another possible problem…

But still no real direction.

PCOS.
Low AMH.
Poor egg quality.
Endometriosis.
Unexplained infertility.
Failed IVF.

And after a while, it is so easy to start thinking:

Maybe my body is the problem.
Maybe I waited too long.
Maybe I missed my chance.
Maybe this diagnosis is who I am now.

But I need you to hear this.

A fertility diagnosis can explain part of your story.

It should not become your identity.

And it should not be the only lens through which your body is understood.

Because fertility does not happen inside a diagnosis.

It happens inside a body.

A body with a nervous system.
A metabolism.
An immune system.
A gut.
A thyroid.
A sleep rhythm.
A nutrient status.
A stress response.

This is the piece so many women are missing.

Not because they are not trying hard enough.

Most women I meet are trying harder than anyone realizes.

They are tracking, researching, changing their diet, taking supplements, going to appointments, holding it together, and silently carrying so much fear.

They are not missing effort.

They are missing interpretation.

They are missing someone who can connect the dots and help them understand what their body may actually be asking for.

That is where the work changes.

Not more panic.

Not more blame.

Not more “just keep trying.”

A whole-body strategy.

If you are trying to conceive and feel like you have been given labels, fear, and no real plan, DM me FERTILITY.

I’ll help you understand what I would look at first in your case.
