As an electrician⚡️ I had the opportunity to travel around Finland doing all kinds of jobs. From pulling 220kV cables to changing lamps.

By being in the field of construction sites and industrial halls, I've realized that heavy-duty and asembbly line workers suffer a lot from musculoskeletal disorders from doing repetitively the same movements and from bad ergonomics.

Experiencing how these jobs work, the physical requirements and strain you get from doing them, and the risks these workers face every day, allows me to give more than a comprehensive treatment, ways to prevent injuries an give you a complete understanding on why and how your body works.

Having practiced it for more than half a decade, I've come to the understanding of how it works mechanically, plus all the other hours studying anatomy has given me the necessary tools to treat most of the musculoskeletal injuries that contact sport athletes may have. Also, the ability to understand how to level up the skill of these athletes by the optimization of the body movements.

Boxing and contact sports in general have been a big part of my life. All the places I've practiced it and been a part of have been like my second home, all my coaches have taught me much more than boxing, and all my colleagues have been as loving as a family can be. Thank you all!

To become a trained manual therapist, I studied at the prestigious Sport Massage Institue of Finland by the hand of our teacher Kari Kinnunen, an experienced osteopath in the treatment of athletes and musculoskeletal disorders.

At this moment, while writing this, I can say proudly I am a certified manual therapist and sport massage therapist!
