Meet the Rosen team 🫶

What is The Rosen Method?
The Rosen Method Bodywork addresses physical tension. It is a unique form of sensitive touch and verbal communication that allows people to become aware of what they are holding – physically and emotionally – in their body.

The practice is an opportunity to connect more to your body’s inherent loving wisdom and can often bring greater awareness to what may be important in your life. When we are relaxed our natural healing mechanisms work more effectively; the immune system is strengthened and the breath becomes less inhibited and more efficient.

Join us to explore your emotional depths and harness the power of your true feelings for personal growth and fulfillment.

Embrace Flexibility with My Yoga On Demand!

I understand how challenging it can be to maintain a regular yoga practice during these summer months. It might be too hot, the kids might be home from school, or perhaps you’re just feeling too exhausted in the mornings... That’s why I’ve created Yoga On Demand – to fit yoga seamlessly into your ever-changing summer schedule!

Beat the Heat: Practice comfortably in your own cool space, away from the summer sun.
Family-Friendly Flexibility: Find the perfect time to unroll your mat, whether it’s during a quiet morning, naptime, or after the kids have settled down for the night.
Your Terms: If morning isn’t your time, choose a session later in the day when you feel more energised and ready.

Here’s some classes you can explore:

-Express Morning Practice: A quick session to start your day with energy, even if you’ve only got a few minutes.

-20 Minute Back Strengthening: A focused session to strengthen and support your back – quick and effective.

-The Complete Practice (60 mins): Dive deep into a comprehensive session when you have more time to yourself.

-Slow Stretch by the Sea (60 mins): Slow down with soothing stretches complemented by calming sea sounds.

For only €15 a month, you can access all these sessions anytime, anywhere. It’s yoga that adapts to you, making it easier to maintain your well-being no matter what your summer throws at you.

Remember, life is too short to stick with outdated beliefs and routines. It’s time for an upgrade, and I’m here to help you make it happen!

It’s not always easy to communicate exactly what Rosen is through words and pictures, but we had an amazing day yesterday celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Rosen School UK when we all gathered for a beautiful day of filming and shooting to introduce everyone who practices the Rosen Method. A big thank you to Desiree for capturing these special moments!
