Literally take the SAME EXACT day! Makeup and hair goes a long way. Regardless, both of these pictures are equally me. Let's not praise/celebrate each other only when we succeed but learn to support one other when we struggle; when we are most vulnerable; when we need the helping hand; when we are working just has hard (if not harder) than our male counterparts; when we need a safe space to just be ourselves without the glitz and the glamor.
