Yoga Schedule Update – Testing Our New Rhythm 🌿

As many of you know, life has recently shifted into a new environment for ValU Within, and during this transition we are experimenting with a slightly different rhythm for our classes.

For the next two weeks the schedule will remain the same, and we will keep this test format until the end of March while we observe what works best for everyone.

Classes currently take place Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with different times during the day so both the early birds and the night owls can find a practice that fits their natural rhythm.

✨ Our most popular class remains Chair Yoga, and we are always happy to welcome new participants. It is a gentle yet powerful practice that helps improve mobility, balance and confidence in the body.

🌿 For those who feel ready to move from the chair to the mat, we offer a Hatha Yoga class — and we are excited to share that three more participants progressed from Chair Yoga to a full Hatha class this month and are truly enjoying the journey.

🔥 If you already have some yoga experience and want to reconnect deeply with your body, join our Wednesday evening integrated class — a dynamic fusion of Hatha and Vinyasa designed to build strength, mobility and yes… you may even sweat a little.

🌙 Our special feature classes such as
• Yoga for Golfers
• Yoga Nidra
• Yin Yoga
• Meditation
• Customized yoga sessions

are available on request as private training or small-group experiences.

🌿 New Spring Schedule is Here! 🌿

With the new season comes a refreshed timetable. Due to recent logistics and commuting adjustments, we’ve carefully optimized our schedule for March — while keeping your most loved and essential classes in place.

Our popular Chair Yoga and Hatha Yoga remain at the heart of the weekly program. Chair Yoga classes are currently filling up quickly, so please book in advance online or via WhatsApp. If demand continues to grow, we’ll be happy to add extra sessions on the same days.

On Wednesday evenings, we are introducing a special class for more experienced students — an integrated practice combining precise alignment, the grounding principles of Hatha, and the dynamic flow of Vinyasa.

Our specialty practices — Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation — will not run as regular weekly classes this season. Instead, they will be offered as private sessions (individual or small groups) or included within selected special events.

We will observe how this schedule serves everyone during March and make adjustments if needed. Your feedback is always welcome.

Spring is the perfect time to establish new habits and reconnect with your body and mind. Let’s celebrate the beauty of nature — and our own inner renewal — together.
