I’m in my inner winter and it truly feels like it’s meant to be 🤍🩸🌹❤️‍🔥

A season of going inward. Of becoming quiet enough to hear what my body has been whispering beneath the noise.

I’m receiving messages from my womb and remembering her as more than a physical part of me: as a sacred portal, a gateway to creation and a bridge to the universe within me. ✨

I’m taking myself on journaling dates, listening without rushing to find answers. I’m allowing myself to take slow walks, breathe deeply and move through my days with more tenderness.

Because winter is not an empty season 🩸🌹

Beneath the surface, something is always being restored. Something is being released. Something new is quietly preparing to be born.

So I let myself soften.
I let myself receive.
I let myself rest in the darkness without needing to escape it.

My inner winter is not asking me to become more, She is inviting me to return to myself🤍

I’m in my luteal phase… which, for me, can mean slowing down, craving more sweets and carbohydrates, feeling more sensitive and sometimes experiencing all the emotions in the world. 🤎

I have always loved autumn, and this phase reminds me so much of it: a time of turning inward, listening, feeling and letting go.

I used to expect myself to have the same energy, mood and capacity every day. Now, I am honouring the changing seasons within me.

I rest more, I nourish myself without guilt, I move gently, I create space for my emotions, and I speak to myself with more kindness.

My body is not working against me - She is communicating with me.

Thank you, body, my sacred temple, for taking such beautiful care of me! I love you🫶
