My background started in holistic therapies like reflexology, aromatherapy and massage, and evolved into clinical practice as a dermal therapist.
I now work with a corneotherapy approach, which focuses on restoring the skin barrier.
The barrier is made up of skin cells and lipids — like ceramides and essential fatty acids — and it’s responsible for keeping your skin protected, hydrated and functioning properly.
When it’s impaired, the skin becomes reactive, sensitive, and harder to treat.
So my approach is to work with the skin to rebuild and support that barrier first.
Everything I do is completely individualised — I look at your skin, your history, your lifestyle — to understand the cause before treating it.
