Churches on every corner.

Mosques without trained leaders.
People paying for prayers instead of building their lives.

Kagame said ENOUGH.

Not because faith is bad.

But because faith should not be a scam.
In Rwanda, you now need education, training, and accountability to lead people spiritually. No more street pastors with no theology. No more “seed sowing” poverty.

No more exploiting desperation.

This is bold leadership.
This is controversial leadership.
This is African leadership.

While some leaders fear religious institutions, Kagame confronted them. While others negotiate with deception, he regulated it.

The big question is not about Rwanda.
The big question is about AFRICA.

How many churches in Africa are truly about God… and how many are just about money?
How many prophets are healing souls… and how many are just healing their bank accounts?

Kagame just opened a conversation most African presidents are too afraid to start.
And maybe… just maybe… this is the kind of courage Africa needs.

Changkuoth, claimed he was the one behind the strong password of Dr. Riek Machar's phone and computer following the news that South African compuer expert failed to extract data from Dr. Riek devices.Changkuoth is a computer scientist and expert who designed the Nuer keyboard app, the one millions of Naath people are currently using around the World.

However his claim to be the one who put the password on Dr. Riek devices lacked solid evidence given that he never comes across Dr. Riek Machar. Changkuoth lives in Gambella while Dr. Riek never have chance to travel to Gambella since the end of South Sudan liberation struggle.

አዲስ አበባ፣ የካቲት 2፣ 2018 (ኤፍ ኤም ሲ) የ2018 ዓ.ም የ12ኛ ክፍል ማጠናቀቂያ ሀገር አቀፍ ፈተናን መቶ በመቶ በበይነ መረብ ለመስጠት የሚያስችል ቅድመ ዝግጅት እየተደረገ ነው አለ የትምህርት ሚኒስቴር፡፡

የትምህርት ሚኒስትር ብርሃኑ ነጋ (ፕ/ር) እንዳሉት÷ በተያዘው በጀት ዓመት የሚሰጠው የ12ኛ ክፍል ማጠናቀቂያ ፈተና ሙሉ በሙሉ በበይነ መረብ ይሰጣል፡፡

ባለፉት ሁለት ዓመታት ፈተናው በወረቀትና በበይነ መረብ ሲሰጥ እንደረበር አንስተው÷ በዚህ ዓመት ፈተናውን በበይነ መረብ ብቻ ለመስጠት የሚያስችል ዝግጅት እየተደረገ ነው ብለዋል፡፡

ለዚህም የተለያዩ ግብዓቶች ለክልሎች ድጋፍ እየተደረገ ነው ያሉት ሚኒስትሩ ÷ በፈተና ጣቢያዎች በቂ የኢንተርኔት አቅርቦት እንዲኖር ከኢትዮ ቴሌኮም ጋር በትብብር ይሰራል ብለዋል።

ክልሎች በዚህ ሒደት የሚያጋጥሙ ችግሮች እንዳይኖሩ በቂ ኮምፒዩተር፣ ኔትዎርክና አማራጭ የሀይል አቅርቦት እንዲኖር ልዩ ትኩረት ሰጥተው መዘጋጀት አለባቸው ነው ያሉት፡፡

ለተማሪዎች በቂ ሥልጠና መስጠት አስፈላጊ መሆኑንም ሚኒስትሩ አጽንኦት ሰጥተዋል፡፡

ከጉዳዩ ጋር በተያያዘ ክልሎች እና ከተማ አስተዳደሮች አስፈላጊውን ድጋፍ እንዲያደርጉ መጠየቃቸውን ሚኒስቴሩ ለፋና ዲጂታል ገልጿል።

ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በትምህርት ምዘናና ፈተና አስተዳደር ሥርዓት ውስጥ ያጋጠሙ ስብራቶችን ለማስቀረት የተለያዩ የሪፎርም ተግባራትን ቀርጾ ፈተናን ከስርቆትና ኩረጃ በፀዳ መልኩ ሲሰጥ መቆየቱ ይታወሳል።

ባለፈው ዓመት የ12ኛ ክፍል ማጠናቀቂያ ፈተናን በበይነ መረብ የወሰዱ ተማሪዎች ቁጥር 134 ሺህ 828 ሲሆን፤ ይህም ከአጠቃላይ ተፈታኞች አንጻር 23 ነጥብ 2 በመቶ ነበር።
