Healthy Roti 🌿
3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 cup porridge
3 tbsp ghee — add a little more if needed while kneading
1 cup brown flour
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the ghee and rub it into the mixture using your hands.
Slowly add hot water and knead until you get a soft dough.
This recipe makes around 8–10 rotis, depending on the size.
Roll out the rotis and cook on medium heat until soft and nicely cooked.
Pumpkin and sunflower seeds add healthy fats, protein and important nutrients, while porridge adds fibre and helps make the roti more filling.
Enjoy with your favourite curry. ❤️
