I am happy to share with you
the different highlights that make our world organization the absolute reference of our trade. OMC was founded in 1946 by five countries in France, with the goal to unite hairdressers from all
over the world and raise their professional competence, recognition and image to the
highest standards. Ever since OMC’s creation, the head office has been in Paris, France. Today, OMC is the world’s biggest hairdressing and beauty organization, counting over 60 member
countries and 1,000,000 salon owners. OMC includes three major sectors:

• International and World Championships

• OMC Prestige Club

• OMC TM Schools/Academies
The privilege of being an OMC member is to belong to a worldwide family of hairdressers and beauty
professionals, who share a never ending passion for our trade, always striving to be the best on
