“How did you just give birth?!” is the first question people ask when they see me. My answer? Breastfeeding and .partum’s ShapeUP binder.

“No exercise?” No, I didn’t exercise. I was too tired trying to keep up with breastfeeding, pumping, changing diapers, doing tummy time for the bub etc. to resume my workout routine. Before you come at me saying I had it easy, I didn’t.

Pregnancy hasn’t been the kindest to me. I was vomiting for the most part — 5 months of morning sickness then came motion sickness + reflux for the later part.
