💕This is one of my lovely regular ladies who gets a full body massage every month. Last wee while she’s been in agony … did various techniques today including working on the fascia, trigger points and dragging. Delighted to say she left feeling loads better … not 100% but a huge step in the right direction. Thank you for the pics x
