YOU CAN’T DO MORE TO GET OUT OF BURNOUT🙄 . You have to do less!❤️ . But hairdressers tend not to like that answer I’ve found🤪😂 . They want to ‘Do’ their way out of things . Buy another course . Squeeze people in just to get through this month . Join the gym so they can get some me time, then get more exhausted 😬 . Eventually if you don’t do less your body will make sure you do by making you ill so you have to stop . I used to always get a slipped disc when I ignored burnout for long enough….and then I’d end up lying on the floor in agony cancelling all my clients 😵‍💫 . At some point you have to look at the root causes not just keep sticking plasters on the broken leg .
