Exposure accumulates.
We often blame age.
But much of what we call “ageing” is cumulative exposure.
UV radiation.
Oxidative load.
Chronic stress.
Sleep deprivation.
Inflammatory patterns repeated over time.
Age is chronological.
Ageing is biological.
And biology responds to input.
At this stage of my life, I’m less interested in fighting time.
And far more interested in reducing unnecessary exposure.
Supplement.
Strengthen.
Shield.
Recover.
That’s the strategy.

One glass of wine doesn’t define your health.
One poor night’s sleep doesn’t define it either.
One sun-heavy day won’t undo everything.
But repeated patterns?
That’s where physiology shifts.
Oxidative load accumulates through habits — not isolated moments.
So while I’m away enjoying my first cruise (still slightly surreal that I’m finally doing this), I’m not chasing perfection.
I’m observing patterns.
Hydration.
Movement.
Sleep quality.

It’s about what you consistently repeat.
And that’s empowering.

If you’re not already a regular waxer, now is when you start.
Hair growth cycles take time.
Consistency reduces regrowth.
Shaving interrupts the cycle.
Exfoliation improves results.
And here’s the part people forget:
Once you’ve exfoliated and removed hair, your skin is more vulnerable to UV exposure.
SPF becomes even more important.

But rarely about the state of the nervous system underneath it.
Chronic stress increases oxidative load.

And that affects everything.

Ageing trajectory.
