Christmas appointments are officially coming to LUXE!

After significant financial loss through cancellations last Christmas, I’ve made the decision to introduce a non-refundable booking fee for all December appointments.
December is one of the busiest times of the year for LUXE, and when an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it is extremely difficult to fill that time again. The booking fee helps protect the time I’ve committed to being available to you throughout the festive period.

This year, a 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required for ALL December appointments. This booking fee ensures that appointments that are cancelled, reduced, or rescheduled do not result in financial loss. Any of these changes made will result in your non-refundable booking fee being retained.

The booking fee will be deducted from the remaining balance of your treatment.
