🙏9-30 - 10.30 Yoga for all. Class suitable for all ages and stages of yoga

Saturday

🌅7.30am - 8.30am Early morning get up and flow, join me for an early morning session.

Prices are

Menopause class £15/ session or £44 per block
All other classes £10/ session or £32 per block

I have two new classes starting up in 2025, Monday afternoon which is for those with less mobility, this class can be done either on the mat or with a chair. It will be a slow gentler class for those who are looking to keep moving, where you may find mobility a little bit of a challenge right now.

Then a nice early class on a Saturday morning, 7.30am, for a great way to start the weekend. Suitable for all.

Prices are
Menopause yoga block of 4 £44 PAYG weekly £15
All other classes Block of 4 £32 PAYG weekly £10

Space for Our next Sunday sanctuary

We have our Spring Sunday Sanctuary available to book now, half of our spaces booked already so message us if you’d like to get your place booked. This would be a lovely Mother’s Day gift for someone! 🌸

We start the week with Qigong tomorrow 9.30am this class is very busy so if you are interested in coming please message to check we have space 🩵
