Sometimes it’s not about adding volume, it’s about placing a small amount in exactly the right spot.
In this treatment, a tiny amount of dermal filler was placed strategically to support the fold and soften the shadowing in the chin, to both the left and right sides. The aim isn’t to change how you look. It’s to restore support where the structure has changed, so the light falls more evenly and the lower face looks softer and more balanced.
This is what I mean by treating the face as a whole. Shadows and folds are often a sign of lost support, not just a line that needs filling.
