Wednesday Sauna Club is now the 1st Wednesday of the month.
The perfect way to break up the week with a good old bit of R&R.
55 minute sessions available at 5pm, 6pm & 7pm for £15 per person.
Or private hire the whole sauna for £90

EXTENDED OPENING HOURS 🎉
From Saturday 6th June our community opening hours are being extended to 10am - 8pm. Whoop 🙌
That means weekly sessions are now -
Friday: 5-8pm
Saturday: 10-8pm
Sunday: 10-3pm
We still have some monthly specials -

🔥Wednesday Sauna Club: 1st Wednesday of the month 5-8pm
🌒 New Moon Thursday: Thursday closest to the New Moon 4.30-8pm

🍃 Half day Wild Yoga & Sauna Experience: Saturday 11th June 9-1pm

Hello from Santorini 👋
✈️ A much needed break
👶 Our first family holiday as a 4
👰🏼 Family wedding to look forward to on Saturday
As you can see I didn’t quite manage to leave the laptop at home… But limiting work to 1 hour per day, whilst sipping wine and looking out at the Aegean Sea…can’t really complain can I

Heat wave incoming 🔥🔥🔥
Every day this weekend we’ll be putting approx 50-60kg of ice into one of the plunges. It’ll help ensure one is much colder than the others.
Our tubs are ambient temperate cold plunges, so as you can imagine, there’s only so much we can do!!
Rest assured, it’s colder in the tubs than it is in the sauna 😝
You’re still going to feel great afterwards! 😎

MID-WEEK YOGA & SAUNA 🧘♀️🔥
I’ve teamed up with the wonderful Ev Jessie to bring you a monthly dose of mid-week yoga & sauna.
A moment to move your body, calm your mind and connect with like-minded lovely people in a beautiful natural setting. Finished with cocao round the camp fire.
First Wednesday of the month from 10am - 12pm
