The sun looks like its here to stay ☀️... for the next few days anyway! While we all love how the sun makes us feel, its important to stay protected while soaking up the rays!

Heres my 5 Top Tips to Stay Sun Safe:

1️⃣ Embrace SPF as Your BFF: Sunscreen is an absolute must to protect your skin! Pick a broad-spectrum one with SPF 30 or higher. Apply it generously on all exposed areas. Remember to, re-apply every two hours, especially if you're swimming or sweating.

2️⃣ Seek Shade: While soaking up some sun feels amazing, our pale complexions aren't used to the sun appearing much over the year! It's important to find shade during peak hours when the sun is strongest (usually between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.). Hide under an umbrella or tree - Your skin will thank you for years to come!

3️⃣ Hydrate Inside and Out: Sun-kissed skin needs hydration from within! Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your skin plump and hydrated. Additionally, apply a moisturizer that suits your skin type to lock in that moisture. Hydrated skin is happy skin!

4️⃣ Sunnies for Chic and Safe Eyes: Shield youe eyes from the sun's harmful rays by wearing sunglasses that provide UV protection. Not only are they glam, they also safeguard your delicate eye area from potential damage.
