Could I kindly ask clients to check appointments if you are unsure of day or time. Over the past two days I have had 7 no shows . I appreciate that we are all human and can be forgetful, however this is my livelihood and this has had an impact on not only my business but other clients desperate for an appointment . I try my very best to accommodate everyone and understand certain circumstances cannot be helped . I’m sure you will understand . I am truly grateful to each and everyone for your ongoing support. Could I ask all clients to be aware when their appointment is. Even if you have to message me to confirm thats fine. I’m having far too many not turning or forgetting. I’m sure you will all understand that this affects my wage as it gives me no time to try and fill the space 😞.

Therefore I will 💯 be charging for missed appointments.

No shows and cancellations are beginning to happen way too much these days. We can all forget or have to cancel at some point for emergency reasons but the effect it has on us as a small business is soul destroying. As we are self employed at Distinction if we do not carry out your treatment or have no time to fill your allocated time then we don’t get paid 😞. This is why we have to have a no show/cancellation policy in place. Our time is money , which we all need to pay our bills and feed our families like everyone else. Can I please 🙏🏼 ask everyone to be more mindful when booking appointments … thank you 💖
