At The Goat's Milk Soap House, we choose to make our soap using 100% fresh goat milk instead of replacing part of the liquid with water.

Why? Because we want goat milk to be at the heart of every bar we make.

Every batch is carefully handcrafted in small quantities using fresh goat milk, quality oils, and time-honoured soap making methods before being left to cure for six weeks.

Simple ingredients. No shortcuts. Just real goat milk soap, made with care. 🤎🧼

We like our ingredient lists the same way we like our recipes... short and simple🍓

We had a look through the cupboard quite a while ago now and it got us thinking... when did ingredient lists become longer than the recipe?

Here at Fisherwick Preserves, our jams and chutneys are made onsite at the farm using real fruit and vegetables, with no additives or preservatives. Just proper ingredients and traditional recipes.

It's the same philosophy with Fisherwick Farm too. From our own low & slow pasteurised milk to the fresh bread from that arrives every Thursday (10am), we love food with ingredients you can actually recognise. Even our own Tallow soap made by has all natural ingredients.

We're not saying you need to clear out your cupboards... but next time you're shopping, have a wee look at the label. You might be surprised.

INGREDIENT SPOTLIGHT: Shea butter 💫

Shea butter isn't just a trendy ingredient- its one of the reasons our soap feels so nourishing!

🧼 Helps moisturize the skin by leaving it feeling softer after washing.

🌿 Rich in vitamins A and E, which help support healthy-looking skin.

💛 Adds creaminess to the lather, making the soap feel more luxurious.

✨ Contains natural fatty acids that help condition and nourish the skin.

💧 Can help reduce the feeling of dryness that some soaps leave behind.

🌰 Suitable for many skin types, including dry and sensitive skin (although everyone's skin is different.)

We keep our recipe simple, using carefully chosen ingredients that each have a purpose. Because great soap doesn't need a long ingredient list. 🧼🤍
