Braved the weather for a wild walk today and came across the “koru”
How beautiful and elegant are these plants!?
The Koru (Maori for loop or coil) is a spiral shape based on the appearance of an unfurling silver fern frond and the inspiration for my logo and branding, it symbolises new life, growth, strength and peace...and the shape conveys the idea of perpetual movement.

I’m very thankful i stumbled across Can’t wait to get stuck into some of these webinars...or all of them 🤣 but especially interested in the trauma & women’s health series. Love that the learning potential in my chosen field is never ending!
