Please avoid picking, peeling, or biting your builder gel. I know it can be tempting, but it can cause significant damage to your natural nails.

When the product is pulled off, it often takes layers of your natural nail with it, leaving them thin, weak, and more prone to breakage.

Picking and biting can also lead to soreness, sensitivity, and increase the risk of infection around the nail area.

From a professional point of view, it also makes my job so much harder to achieve a smooth, strong finish at your next appointment, as I’m working with an uneven or damaged nail base.
