We can help alleviate your symptoms and pain caused by underlying conditions such as sciatica, frozen shoulder, rheumatic pain, help ease digestive issues, emotional stress and help with anxiety, headaches and other conditions such as fibromyalgia. A relaxed atmosphere, subdued lighting and the lovely scent of the pure essences creates a place of total tranquility to help reduce the impact of stresses and strains of daily life. In the case of a no show 50% of the treatment price will be charged.

You can also enjoy natural Ayurvedic facials created with gentle, plant-based ingredients and traditional techniques. These deeply nurturing treatments cleanse, nourish and revive your skin while inviting you into a slower, more peaceful state of mind. Each facial includes a soothing gua sha crystal massage to encourage relaxation, support circulation and leave your complexion looking fresh, radiant and renewed.

Dear friends, followers and supporters,
Good morning.
I want to share something that is incredibly close to my heart.
In October 2008, when I was just 19 years old, my life changed forever. My seven-year-old sister woke me with some of the most horrifying words I have ever heard.
That moment, and everything that followed, shaped so much of the person I am today.
From that day forward, I made a promise to myself that I would never give up, and that wherever I could, I would support those who may be struggling — whatever that support might look like.
Over the years, I have contributed in many different ways, undertaken training to better support those affected by su***de, and continued to raise awareness of something that has touched my family so profoundly.
This weekend, I will be taking part in Stride Against Su***de alongside my sister and many others.
For me, this is far more than a walk. It is personal. It is about remembering those we have lost, standing beside those who are struggling, supporting the people left behind, and continuing to speak openly about su***de and su***de prevention.
Nearly 18 years later, that promise I made to myself at 19 still stands:
Never give up. And whenever possible, help somebody else to keep going too.

A little update ☺️ I’ve been a rather quiet lately due to starting my new job in Barrow. I’ve finally found the perfect balance in my new role that allows me to dedicate two whole days each week to Chakra La UK and gives me time with my family at weekends!
