Hi all! Happy New Year and sorry I've been so quiet on here lately!
Sadly I've stopped massaging for now as I've got a serious case of trigger finger. It's where tendons and muscles seem to lock and make fingers very stiff and painful. The lats couple of days it's getting far worse and today the finger is compelety locked 😔. Having treatment very soon for it (having had it for 3 months).
I'm still doing my yogalates classes at and though 😊. Though this week maybe one handed!!
This is yet something else diabetic related. By now I'm pretty used to having whatever diabetes throws at me.
