💋 SOMETIMES THE BEST FILLER RESULT… IS LESS FILLER.

This beautiful result is after dissolving old lip filler — and look how lovely her natural lips are. 😍

I even convinced her NOT to have filler put back in ✔️

Over time, lip filler can build up or migrate beyond the natural lip border, particularly after repeated treatments. Sometimes simply adding more filler isn’t the best option.

For this client, it was time to dissolve and reset. ✨

In fact, for many of my long-term lip filler clients, I recommend considering a dissolve and fresh start when appropriate, rather than continuing to layer new filler on top of old product.

Think of it as a lip reset. 💋

It allows us to see the natural lip anatomy again, reassess the shape properly and, if the client wants filler again, create a fresh result rather than continually adding more.

And just look at her lips after dissolving… they are absolutely gorgeous naturally. 🤍

Good aesthetics (and a good injector) isn’t about putting more and more filler in. Sometimes good practice means knowing when to add, when to stop and when it’s better to start again.

Hands up to all that’s clients I’ve said NO too …… cos there will be lots of you 🤷‍♀️ Soz not Soz 🤣
