Someone is trying to discredit my business and Mimi's Hairstyle image.
This persons, ALINA BUMBU and KAREN HARPER left a bad review on my google account WITHOUT BEING MY CLIENTS. NEVER, NEITHER CONTACT ME FOR ANY CONSUOTATIOM OR OTHER ISSUES.

I have no idea who they are ...
Unfortunately i have just discovered about the latest one but i'm home already..... google asked me to review and prove the business address, for that i need to be there to film the place etc... so i can't even comment on then review or report it 😟

So now, i need your HELP to report that review to google PLEASE!!!

Transforming a client's hair can be a rewarding experience, especially when it involves multiple stages and a significant amount of patience. In the past 2 weeks I had the pleasure of working with beautiful Dana Baciu , who initially had dark black hair and grown natural hair.
The first step was to wash out the pigment, revealing a beautiful mahogani/redish hue, but still not what we aimed for..
After achieving this initial transformation, we embarked on an extensive final process that took nearly six hours. The goal was to transition her hair to a ashy brown with subtle blond highlights, exactly as she envisioned.
This journey required not just my expertise and knowledge, but also a great deal of patience from both sides. We made, the best team 😍

Without our shared commitment and passion for achieving the desired look, this transformation wouldn’t have been possible. When she finally saw her reflection, the wide smile and sense of satisfaction on her face spoke volumes.
She exclaimed, “Finally, I look like myself!” & "that's exactly what i wanted"...
That moment of joy made the entire experience extraordinarily fulfilling for me.

Time in the salon: an illusion!

“I wanted to be out in two hours, but my request was a 4 hours service. Who said magic doesn't take time?”

My word is better than a deposit!

“Why should I pay a deposit when I know X and he knows you? Does our mutual acquaintance pay for my dye and time?”

Historical dyeing!

“I haven’t dyed my hair in a while!” – says the client, while I find dye from 6 months ago and even henna remnants. I can read dyes too! ;)

“Blonde from blonde? An impossible mission!”

“What’s so hard about making blonde from blonde?” – asks the client. The answer: the yellow pigment is like a spy!

“Sprays are secret enemies!”

“Don’t use sprays before dyeing!” – I tell them, but they come in with hair full of magic… and surprises!

“Loyal clients, rare recommendations!”

They’ve been coming to me for years, but they’ve never recommended me. Do I get a medal for discretion? Help me understand this, because I honestly don’t get the enthusiasm with which you return every time, all the time, but never recommend me. 🤷‍♀️

But it is a professional response to inposible mission.

“They want bright, even platinum blonde” – but the hair can’t handle such a process! It seems that “NO” is the most professional response! And it stays that way, even at the risk of being labeled as “unprepared.”

“Expectations vs. reality!”

“What’s so hard?” – asks the client, while I struggle with a rainbow shade. Who’s the magician here?

“The deposit that wasn’t!”

She refuses the deposit but assures me that “everything will be fine.” Optimism is nice, but I have a color palette and appointments book to organize.

“Time and dye, an eternal battle!”

“I want to be out in two hours!” – says the client, but I know the result is worth the wait. Should I explain that? 🫢

„Am vrut să ies în două ore, dar cerinta mea a durat 4h. Cine a zis că magia nu durează?”

Cuvântul meu e mai bun decât un depozit!
„De ce să plătesc un depozit când eu știu pe X si el te stie pe tine? Oare cunostinta comuna imi plătește vopseaua si timpul?”

Vopsirea istorică!
„Nu m-am vopsit de mult!” – spune clienta, în timp ce eu găsesc vopsea de acum 6 luni ba chiar si urmede henna. Pot citi si in vopsele ;)

"Blond din blond? O misiune imposibilă!"

„Ce e așa greu să fac blond din blond?” – întreabă clienta. Răspunsul: pigmentul galben e ca un spion!

"Spray-urile sunt dușmani secreți!"

„Nu folosi spray-uri înainte de vopsit!” – le spun, dar ele vin cu părul plin de magie… și de neprevăzut!

"Clienți fideli, recomandări rare!"

Vin la mine de ani, dar niciodată nu m-au recomandat. Oare am o medalie pentru discreție?
Asta sa ma ajutati sa o inteleg, ca zau de inteleg entuziasmul cu care reveniti dar niciodata nu ma recomandati.🤷‍♀️

"Nu, nu e o opțiune!"

„Vor blond luminos, chiar platinat" – dar părul nu suportă un astfel de proces! Se pare că „NU” e cel mai profesionist răspuns! Si nu ramane, chiar cu riscul sa fiu catalogata ca "nepregatita".

"Așteptări vs. realitate!"

„Ce e atât de greu?” – întreabă clienta, în timp ce eu mă lupt cu o nuanță de curcubeu. Oare cine e magicianul aici?

"Depozitul care nu a fost!"

Refuză depozitul, dar mă asigură că „totul va fi bine”. Optimismul e frumos, dar eu am o paletă de culori si niste programari de organizat.

"Timpul și vopseaua, o luptă eternă!"

„Vreau să ies în două ore!” – spune clienta, dar eu știu că rezultatul merită așteptarea. Să-i explic asta?🫢
