It was a privilege to provide chair massage for NHS staff during their away day.

Healthcare professionals spend so much time caring for others, so it’s wonderful to give them a chance to pause, breathe, and look after themselves.

What a beautiful and transformative journey this has been.

This experience has taught me so much — not only about yoga, but also about patience, balance, self-growth, and connection.

As a massage therapist, movement and healing have always been important to me, and I’m so grateful to now continue this path through yoga as well 🧘‍♀️
