One of the most common questions I get is: “How long should I wait after filler before getting lip blush?”

The answer 👇
You should wait at least 4 weeks after lip filler before having lip blush done — and honestly, 6 weeks is even better to be safe.

Why?
Your lips need time to fully settle after filler. Swelling, bruising, and even slight shape changes can still be happening in those first few weeks. If you go in too early, your artist isn’t working with your true lip shape, which can affect your final results.

Always do filler first, then lip blush after healing. And if you plan to top up your filler later, wait at least 2 weeks after your blush appointment.

Don’t panic if your fresh brows look darker than expected — this is completely normal! During the healing process, your brows will initially appear bolder and deeper in colour before softening. They need to start darker because as your skin heals, pigment naturally fades and settles. If we went too light at the start, healed results could end up too faint.

Healing is a process: dark → soften → light/flaky phase → colour settles into your beautiful final result 💫

Aftercare is just as important as the treatment itself. Following your aftercare instructions properly helps protect pigment retention, supports healthy healing, and ensures the best possible healed results. Keeping brows clean, avoiding picking or scratching, limiting excess moisture, and following your artist’s guidance can make all the difference.
